Candle light,

flickering Candle light,

Swaying in the breeze,

Lighting up our eyes.

Under a starry night,

In a greeny meadow,

with a River coursing by,

And a Candle in the centre.

Sitting cross-legged,

On the grass facing each,

the naughty River chattering by,

A lone bird chirping lonely.

Sitting cross-legged,

Me and She, holding hands,

The candle between us,

Our centre of the world.

In the nippy starry night,

Soft carressing warmth,

from the flickering candle,

Two hearts warming up, to,

One Another.

The river chattering by,

Two smiles glowing,

Warms up the candle,

Wax it sweats more.

—————————–

Sitting cross-legged facing each,

Fingers on the Other lips each,

Stealing kisses with such ease,

Poor Candle droops its flame,

With shyful shame!

Starry sky fading away,

Dawn making its way,

A lone bird chirping lonely,

Flys away, seeking a duet.

The sun intrudes me and she,

the candle coughs its last breath,

It goes pufffffffff , with a smoke,

And So leaves our secret tryst,

Without any trace.

And there goes the bell,
The maid arrives, late as always,
Hoping to elude any bit of work,
The wife might have done in want of haste.

Sweeping, washing, dusting,
In icy cold or sweltering heat,
It is a hot cup of tea which,
Makes the maid work, uncomplainingly,
An incentive, a perk, by the wife.

The wife calculates, a cup of tea,
Half water, half milk, a spoon sugar,
The maid savours, sip by sip,
The warm texture, the refreshing aroma,
Caressing and massaging the aches and sores.

On some day, the wife paces,
Going about her chores,
But the bell doesn’t go, however late,
The wife frets and fumes,
But resumes to her fate,
Though it might be icy cold or sweltering heat,
Cleaning, washing, dusting,
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
but strangely on that some day,
was there left now,
an extra cup of Tea.

So lucidly delectable,
So savouringly succulent,
So unabashedly indulgent.

Your scintillating fragrance,
Your irresisitble magnetism,
Your cogent seductive traps.

With you,
Saturated I am.
Without you,
Emaciated I am.

With You,
My senses go Wild.
Without you,
My my, I go blind.

Do not test me more,
I surrender, I succumb,
Come tingle these buds more,
Come bring them to life once more!

As part of my wordpress debut, I shall post blogs from my google blogspot days. Only the most liked, by readers and as well as me shall be included.

The feel of wordpress can be likened to the switching over from orkut to facebook. So, in future, blogspot may stand neglected just like orkut .
